Rurouni Kenshin Live Action Movie

The much anticipated Rurouni Kenshin movie made its way to Philippines theaters on December 5, 2012. Thousands of fans have already been waiting for this to finally happen as the screening date constantly got pushed to later dates for months. And damn, it was worth the wait.

Being a Samurai X fan since high school, the movie was like a dream come true. Every detail of the movie feels like it was freshly grabbed right from the anime itself. No fan will be disappointed with the movie since you will not be expecting any mistakes that Hollywood usually makes with their own rendition of popular animes/games.

The actors were able to relive their characters the way we watched it in the series. Actor Takeru Sato was surely perfect for the role. From being the bloodthirsty Battousai the Slasher to the kind and sweet wanderer Kenshin Himura, he totally nailed it.

The DVD becomes available on December 26th. So if you haven't watched the movie yet (you can catch it on SM Cinemas til the 19th), be sure to watch it right away! Or, get the DVD at least. ;)

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows PART 1

First, I was really happy to know that they made the film into two parts since I believe that one movie would not be enough to give justice to the book. Secondly, I was even happier when I watched the movie.

Harry Potter 6 movie sneak peek

Yes I'm definitely excited about Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie to be out in July because I read the book for like a hundred times. Haha I lost count. And I'm currently rereading it before going to bed.
Below are a few images that I pictured in my mind while I was reading and they fit!
I just hope that the movie doesn't leave out too many important details like the previous movies. :)

Thinking of You by Katy Perry

I usually don't dig mushy songs but one thing's certain, I love heartbreaking songs. I don't know but I am attracted to the songs' lyrics, as though I'm feeling lonely myself. Like songs such as Lips of an Angel, I love you goodbye and more.

I saw the music video of Thinking of You and I liked it. I also like Katy Perry's other songs hot&cold, I kissed a girl. Even though I'm not in the situation the girl in the song was in, but I'd probably feel the same way if ever hubby and me broke up.

Here's the vid, hope you like it like I do ;)
